Marinated and Smoked Olives
We import the finest olives from all over the Mediterranean, these are then mixed with herbs, spices and oil. Here at Local Flavour we do not bulk out are olives with watery marinades nor do we enhance the flavour with MSG - only natural products are used. Only sunflower oil is used in our olives as olive oil tends to coagulate when cold and then looks unpleasant in chiller counters.
| Mixed Pitted Olives with Garlic and Corriander (2kg) | A mix of pitted Kalamata from Greece and pitted Gordal from Spain. We then add a small amount of chopped garlic, a spoonful of corriander seed and a healthy glug of oil. |

| Kalamata with Fennel Seeds (2kg) | Creamy Kalamata are marinated in oil with fennel seeds, simple but tasty. |
| Pitted Kalamata with Oregano (2kg) | Creamy pitted Kalamata olives are marinated in oil with oregano. |
| Mixed Smoked Olives (2kg) | Kalamata and Queen green olives are cold smoked over oak dust for 8 hours. The result is an unusual but delicious combination of creamy olive and tangy wood smoke. |
| Mediterrenean Mixed Olives with Chilli and Herbs (2kg) | Made with a mix of San Remo olives from Italy, Picholine olives from France and Arbequina olives from Spain we add fresh and dried chilli, bay leaves, basil and rosemary all marinated in oil to give a truely great mix. |
