Favols - Preserved Fruits

Made in the Aquitaine region of South-West France these semi-dried fruits are totally unique to Favols. They are prepared through a process of osmosis which intensifies the aroma and flavour of the fruit. Much softer and juicier than most dried fruits, they are delicious on their own, ideal for use in all desserts, and gorgeous as a cheese accompaniment.
