Tre Fontane - Amaretti Morbidi

On a recent trip to Alessandria in Piemonte we visited six or seven biscuit makers, Tre Fontane, who only make two products, stood out from the rest both in the scale and quality of their production. Made using Italian almonds these delectably soft, hand made amaretti biscuits come individually wrapped in coloured paper and look great on the shelf.
