Embotits Artesan Monts - Charcuterie

This small family run firm have been producing typical Catalonian charcuterie in the Pyrenees of Girona for over three generations. The principal base of their charcuterie is the locally reared pork which is of the highest quality.

	Chorizo Extra (300-350g)	A coarse spicy chorizo that can be sold whole or sliced.
	Coppa with Paprika (1kg approx)	Succulent neck end loin rolled into a natural casing with paprika.
	Air Dried Ham (1.5kg approx)	On the other side of the Pyrenees form Bayonne this is a Spanish ham bit in a Bayonne style
	Serrano Ham (4-6kg)	A 12 month matured Serrano off the bone
